Sculpture Camp 2021 Experience Day

Exhibition ╳ Workshop ╳ Tour ╳ Music

The Camp is inspired by the Chinese proverb "Other's stones can be used to polish jade," which means gathering expertise from different units to transform and regenerate waste wood collected from various places in Hong Kong into beautiful and practical wood regeneration products and wooden products, continuing the mission of the trees.

The Experience Day includes an exhibition of works from the 2021 Hong Kong Sculpture Creation Camp, the "Seven Sense" workshop and a guided tour of Y‧PARK [林‧區], allowing the public to experience the versatility of "decayed wood" and learn about the diverse uses of local trees.

展覽 ╳ 工作坊 ╳ 導賞 ╳ 音樂會

「他山之木──延續、轉化、再生！」體驗日靈感源自「他山之石，可以攻玉」，喻意集合不同單位的專長，將香港各處收集的廢棄樹木，轉化、再生及琢磨成美麗實用的木再生產品及木製品，延續樹木的使命。

體驗日會安排 2021 香港雕塑創作營作品展覽、「七感玩木」工作坊、「源木．園音」再生木音樂會及 Y‧PARK [林‧區] 導賞團，讓公眾體驗「朽木可塑」及認識本地樹木的多樣用途。
