Commissioned by Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong Arts Accessibility Service, POINTSMAN designed and produced the exhibition for the “Arts with Elderly Photography Exhibition”.

The exhibition offers a fresh interpretation of elderly photography, focusing on the concept of “Fine Good Morning Images.” We integrated images and home furnishings into various spatial elements to recreate the atmosphere of their lives as captured through their lenses. For instance, we incorporated refractive and spatially enlarging mirror stands, vintage and nostalgic photo frames, and galvanized iron elements.

To create a pleasant and comfortable exhibition space, we added bright and airy panels, gauze curtains, and tinted benches. These elements contribute to a welcoming environment for visitors to appreciate the artworks.

Our aim with the elaborate design and arrangements is to challenge the conventional perception of group photography exhibitions and showcase the unique perspective of the elderly participants. By capturing their daily lives and sharing their precious experiences through photography, we hope to change stereotypes and highlight their valuable contributions.
